Web Meeting

10East can easily demonstrate the features and benefits of RailDOCS through the use of Webex, a web based meeting and collaboration tool.

Joining a 10East hosted web meeting is done in two easy steps:

  1. Using Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 5.x or higher, or Firefox 1.0 or higher, go to Webex Attend Meeting.
  2. Enter the "Meeting Number" you have been given and click "Join Meeting."

You will most likely also need to dial into a telephone conference bridge. That information will be presented to you when you join the web meeting, and may also be included in your meeting invitation.

Webex works through most company firewalls and with most proxy server configurations. If you are able to access this web page, then a web demonstration is most likely possible, and without any technical issues, but we do strongly recommend a "trial run" before your meeting. We will be glad to work with you to ensure you are able to connect to a live web demo prior to the actual meeting. This minimizes the chance of having any last minute technical challenges, and will ensure a productive meeting.

Trouble connecting? If you have problems logging into WebEx ensure that you have either Internet Explorer with Active X Controls enabled, or Firefox or Mozilla with the Sun Java Run-time installed. If you are connecting through a proxy server, additional settings may also be required for the Java Run-time to use your proxy server. Due to the configuration of some networks, a web based meeting may not always be possible, without the support of your network administrator.
